Basic Spa Pedicure

Includes a 30 minute Shiatzu chair massage., revitalizing whirlpool soak, nail shaping, cuitcle and callus treatment, sea salts exfoliation, and reflexology massage with our healing callus cream. Polish optional.

Nail trimming, filing and a cuticle push for clean, well manicured toes.

Taking special care in nail trimming and foot care, we use only Diabetic Spa soaks, creams and lotions to heal nourish and strengthen the skin elasticity and to revitalize sore aching feet. Followed by a reflexology massage and polish. With a 30 minute Shiatzu chair massage.

In addition to all the features of our basic spa pedicure, a warm Moor Mud or Seaweed Wrap is applied to the feet and legs to detoxify, nourish and revitalize. Finish off with a reflexology massage with one of our rich nourishing creams and polish. With a 30 minute Shiatzu chair massage.

Marga Zacharias has been an cosmetologist, nail technician and orthopaedics technician for many years. As the owner of Fingers & Toes Spa, she is pleased to introduce nail treatment and nail replacement to Victoria.
Fungus nails are not only unsightly but can also be painful. If not treated they can become infectious, especially for diabetics, whereby the infected toe can develop gangrene. Fungus nails are contagious and can be transmitted from toe to toe and from person to person. A fungus nail disorder can also be hereditary.

In older people a thick callused nail can become fungus infected because of the moisture contained in the callus.

The technology for nail replacement is the latest in foot care for cosmetic and health treatments. The Acrylester resin feels feels like a natural toe nail. Fungus nails, depending on the severity of the fungus, can be removed painlessly. The fungus is removed and the nail bed is treated with an anti-fungal medication. The nail replacement liquid, an Acrylester resin is, applied to either a remaining nail and/or nail bed and light cured under a U.V.A. light. This procedure will prevent the fungus from growing and a natural healthy nail will grow out again.

The nail replacement can be performed on the nail bed after the nail has been surgically removed by a doctor, on 'Atrophy" (Onychatrophia) nails, fungus nails, or on any other toe nail disorder or deformity.
